"The application directed me to third party website kiwi. com and I made my flight booking through it. The price shown has increased as I had to add the cost of luggage which was not included initially. Worst than that when I confirmed the booking they deducted the amount and didnt issue the ticket. I received an email saying "We've received your payment and are now processing your reservation with the carriers." It is now more than 10 hours and the ticket is still not isuued!!!!"
